Experienced Mental Health RN and Certified Psychiatric MH Nurse Practitioner
Positions are Now Available

The Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health (DMH) is transforming traditional mental health services for people with serious mental illnesses with the passage of the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA). Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNPs) and RNs are essential to DMH MHSA programs which include Wellness Centers, Full-Service Partnerships and Field-Capable Clinical Services for Older Adults. Positions are also available in traditional mental health clinics. DMH supports the development of eligible nursing employees who are in the process of, or who are interested in becoming a PMHNP through an innovative PMHNP Development Project .
