Non-APNA attendees may enjoy membership rates by joining APNA before registering for the Conference by mail. To take advantage of this opportunity, please do the following:
  1. first print out a copy of the Conference Brochure, which contains a mail-in Registration Form;

  2. then visit the APNA national web site www.apna.org and click on “JOIN APNA”. where you can use a credit card to join APNA online, and be sure to print out a copy of the web page that acknowledges your payment;

  3. then enclose a copy of that acknowledgment with your mail-in registration form and payment check for the conference.

*Early bird must be postmarked by April 10.

**Discounts given to APNA members, CHOMP employees and students. CHOMP employees and students must show ID.

Cancellation before April 26, 2008 will be refunded in full; between April 26 - May 9 will be refunded minus $25 processing fee.
