As part of the Telecare family, Gladman is a licenses 40-bed MHRC and serves individuals whose psychiatric disabilities require extensive rehabilitation services beyond those provided in sub-acute settings. A multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals prepares an individualized treatment plan with each client. A wide range of treatment approaches assists individuals in exploring their own potential and working toward the goal of self-reliance
As Assistant Director of Nursing, you will plan, implement and supervise the direct nursing care provided by the nursing department.
To qualify, you must have a passion for caring for consumers of mental health, strong clinical reasoning processes, proven leadership abilities and demonstrable commitment to recovery.
This position requires 2 years’ experience, preferably in a psychiatric setting along with a minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory capacity. Administrative experience in long term care in highly preferred. In addition, current valid licensure as an RN in the state of California, and CPR certification is required. Applicant must be fingerprinted and receive clearance from Criminal Justice Department.
