(Monday - Friday, 9AM - 5PM)Solano STRIDES is an intensive community support service for individuals with mental illness, many of whom would otherwise require extended care in institutional settings. Staff provide services to members in a variety of environments -- in a support center; homes, or in the community -- building trust, establishing a partnership, and striving for success. The program serves individuals who are high utilizers of mental health services and who are considered to be at great risk for psychiatric hospitalization. We currently have open positions for the following:
LVN/LPTs – Full Time Days, Rotating Weekends
