The Salvation Army, Texas Baptist Men, American Red Cross Disaster Relief Units will be holding a Mass Care Field Exercise at the Christ United Methodist Church at 4201 Texas 6 Frontage Road in College Station on . Please come by and see the units displayed.

The last time they were here, I flew on the B-17 (kind of a “bucket list” thing and worth every penny.)
And it is worth the $12 to meet the WW II veterans, who stop by……great to chat with them and shake their hand.

ARRL Field Day is the most popular on-the-air event held annually in the US and Canada. On the fourth weekend of June, more than 35, 000 radio amateurs gather with their clubs, groups or simply with friends to operate from remote locations.

W5BCS will offer a VE testing session on Saturday for any hams interested in upgrading or people looking to get their license.
